Welcome to the Not Dead Yet Blog

In our anthology to celebrate 30 years of Spinifex Press, Not Dead Yet: Feminism, Passion and Women’s Liberation, editors Susan Hawthorne and Renate Klein ended their introduction with a postscript. It said simply:

“If you are over 70 and would like to add your own story, we invite you to submit an article about your experiences with the Women’s Liberation Movement. Please keep it short (under 2000 words) and send your submission to women@spinifexpress.com.au”

And women are responding to this and sharing their thoughts about the book, and their experiences of feminism, and radical feminism. We are glad to share their work here.
